yoga

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices which can include controlling the breath, simple meditation, and specific body postures. Yoga is often practiced for health and relaxation. Prenatal yoga, practiced while pregnant, has a variety of benefits to expecting mothers including increasing strength and flexibility in the muscles used during childbirth. Postnatal yoga helps focus on the physical, mental, and emotional challenges of being a new mother, and is aimed at relieving stress and increases bonding with the baby.
